Professor Threadcraft is the author of Intimate Justice: The Black Female Body and the Body Politic (Oxford University Press), which won several book awards including the Sara A. Whaley Book Prize from the National Women’s Studies Association, W.E.B. Du Bois Distinguished Book Award from NCOBPS, and Race and Political Theory Best Book Award from the APSA REP Section.
