From University of California, Berkeley, Undergraduate Law Review:

The UC Berkeley Undergraduate Law Review (BULR), is a new student-run journal that gives pre-law students an opportunity to develop their legal research and writing skills with a broader community of students interested in law and related fields. We are currently accepting original undergraduate papers addressing law, politics, legal history, public policy, or related interdisciplinary topics.

We welcome submissions from undergraduate students at colleges and universities across the United States and abroad, regardless of their major.
