The Political Science Convocation celebrates the graduation of Political Science students receiving B.A., M.A. and Ph.D. degrees from Summer 2016 to Summer 2017. The celebration includes departmental undergraduate awards, a speech by an undergraduate, and a speech by the recipient of the Department's Distinguished Alumni Award. Graduating students will cross the stage to receive a letter
of congratulations from the Department Chair.
When: Thursday, June 8, from 10 to 11:30am (Students: Please plan to arrive by 9:30am)
Where: HUB Ballroom (2nd floor of the Husky Union Building)
Parking: Parking permits are required to park on campus on June 8th. Purchase permits in advance via the UW Commencement website. Pre-purchased permits are $14.
Students: Registration is open from Wednesday, May 3, to Sunday, May 21

How to Dress: Academic regalia (order on the UW Commencement website) is encouraged but not required. Students who do not wear a cap and gown should wear other appropriate dress.
