The Political Science Convocation celebrates the graduation of Political Science students receiving B.A., M.A. and Ph.D. degrees from Summer 2017 to Summer 2018. The celebration includes departmental undergraduate awards, a speech by an undergraduate (applications are due by 5pm on May 7th), and a speech by the recipient of the Department's Distinguished Alumni Award. Each graduating student will have their name read as they cross the stage to receive a letter of congratulations from the Department Chair.
When: Thursday, June 7, from 10 to 11:30am
Where: HUB Ballroom (2nd floor of the Husky Union Building)

Registration: Open until May 20th. Click here to complete the Senior Exit Survey and to register for the Convocation (requires NetID)
Parking: Parking permits are required to park on campus on June 7th. Purchase permits in advance via the UW Commencement website, May 2-20.
Cap and Gown: Academic regalia is encouraged but not required. Purchase your cap and gown on the Commencement website, May 2-20. Students who do not wear a cap and gown should dress in business attire.
