The American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) is a bipartisan organization that works to strengthen the U.S.-Israel relationship through involvement in the American political process.
AIPAC’s Semester Internship Program in Washington D.C. allows students to develop their own political activism skills through research, writing, event planning, and much more. More information about our internship program in general can be found here. This fall, we are looking for interns to fill spots in our Political, Policy and Government Affairs, Communications, Speaker's Bureau, Leadership Development Department and more. Additional information about these roles is available upon request.
AIPAC Semester Internships are available for academic credit only. Interns are expected to work at least 15-25 hours per week, including a minimum of 5 hours each day they are in the office. The final application deadline is September 1st 2018, but applicants will be accepted on a rolling basis and interns could start as early as Tuesday, September 4th. Interns can apply at: 2018 AIPAC Fall Internship Application. Applicants will make an account on the portal, after which applicants can access the application titled “Semester Internship.” The application includes a resume, cover letter and letter of recommendation.
