Structured as a 2-year, full-time program, CRES introduces students to traditional mediation, negotiation, ethics, cross-cultural competency, and third-party dynamics in conflict resolution. They work closely with a cohort of extraordinary, like-minded students, have the flexibility to choose their own unique path, and gain valuable hands-on experience through internships.
