Global Innovation Exchange (GIX) Information Sessions

Submitted by Stephen Dunne on September 29, 2017 - 10:58am

Some of you may have heard of UW’s new Master of Science in Technology Innovation (MSTI) which teaches students how to design, develop and launch the smart and connected solutions of the future. Students take classes in design thinking, technology development, and entrepreneurship.

The MSTI degree is offered by an interdisciplinary group of leading UW faculty (EE, CSE, HCDE, Business) in partnership with the Global Innovation Exchange (GIX), a new collaboration between the UW and Tsinghua University in China, with support from Microsoft.

In addition to the Seattle-based MSTI degree, students can pursue an exciting dual degree option that includes study at Tsinghua's campus in Beijing.

In order to get the word out about this exciting new degree, several webinars and information sessions will be held during autumn quarter. Please share this information with any students who may be interested in applying.

See below for more details. To RSVP and for more information, go to https://www.techinnovationdegree.uw.edu/
