Join Natacha Foo Kune, PhD and Director of the UW Counseling Center on July 27th 9-10:30 a.m. in Alder Auditorium for her talk "How to Work with Your Emotions," part of the Student Wellbeing Collaborative Speaker Series.

Emotions are an incredibly helpful but misunderstood resource. All emotions, including those we think of as “negative,” actually provide us with valuable information, helping us understand ourselves, make better decisions, and improve memory and learning. This talk will teach you how to process through emotions in a helpful way.

Visit tiny.cc/SWBCseries to RSVP.
