Fulbright US Student Program - still time to apply & workshop tonight, Wed., 7/25

Submitted by Toni Kwong on July 25, 2018 - 11:07am

Are you alumni, graduate or professional student who is interested in spending 2019-20 abroad to engage in research, creative arts projects, graduate studies, or teaching English? You should consider applying for the Fulbright US Student Program. The application is open now, and our internal UW deadline to apply is quickly approaching on Sept. 5! There is still time to craft a strong application though, with some diligent work.

Complete eligibility requirements are listed at https://us.fulbrightonline.org/about/eligibility, but the basic elements are that applicants must be US citizens who have not yet earned a PhD by the time of the application deadline. Undergraduate applicants during this application cycle need to be planning to graduate before their planned Fulbright travels (before Sept. 2019 for most).

Application Workshop tonight, Wednesday, 7/25/18, 5:00pm:

Personal Statements & Affiliation Letters

Join us at Mary Gates Hall 171 or online (click here to join us via Zoom at 5pm).
