Academic support for your students!

Submitted by Colleen Park on April 10, 2020 - 3:23pm

A quick note from Academic Support Programs (ASP)All of our services are running strong and eager to serve your students on-line! As many of you know these services include:

CLUE- our multidisciplinary learning center. CLUE’s hours remain the same: we are open Sunday-Thursday from 7pm-11pm at night. Students can now simply go to our website during operating hours and check in on-line.

The process is easy and students can get help in a variety of subjects, including math, chemistry, biology, physics, writing, and computer science. CLUE also continues to hold on-line exam reviews and discussion sessions for a variety of classes.

Academic success coaching is also available on-line and students can schedule 30 minute appointments with our coaches throughout the week. Our coaches are able to help your students navigate challenges with time-management, motivation, test-taking and a variety of other habits that are important to thrive at the UW. Again, students can go to our website and make an appointment on-line. It’s easy!

All of our programs rely on peer-to-peer learning, a model of support that is particularly powerful at this historic moment: our tutors and coaches are also students navigating new on-line learning environments and can meet your students with genuine empathy and understanding.

We look forward to supporting your students! Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions or if you identify other needs ASP can help with.
