Jake Grumbach: There’s been a massive change in where American Policy gets made

Associate Professor Jacob Grumbach is giving his second of two UW Public lectures on the 2022 elections on January 18th. In December, Jake was interviewed on the New York Times’ Ezra Klein Show about his new book. As America’s national politics have become more and more gridlocked in recent decades, many consequential policy decisions have been increasingly pushed down to the state level.
