The Q Center is hiring!

The Q Center is hiring four new student staff positions.  Two of these positions are for undergraduate students and two are for graduate students. Here's a summary of each role:
  • Student Engagement Specialist (undergraduate student position) - focus on student engagement, email maintenance, some program oversight, and front desk responsibilities. This position is hourly and is paid for 19 hours per week or less. 
  • Operations and Events Specialist (undergraduate student position) - focus on event and workshop planning, as well as operations support such as inventory, tracking, and space maintenance. This position is hourly and is paid for 19 hours per week or less. 
  • Policy & Advocacy Intern (graduate student position) - this internship goes toward course credit and asks for 10 hours of weekly labor. This role is responsible for following and synthesizing national and local policy changes impacting LGBTQ+ communities. 
  • Graduate Program Coordinator (graduate student position) - this is a first year MSW student position that will largely be providing by and for group facilitation for QTBIPOC and gender diverse conversation groups as well as providing program oversight for 2-3 programs.  This position is hourly and is paid for 19 hours per week or less.
