YPIN: Career Curiosity: Turning International Experience into Professional Prowess

September 20th, 2023 6:00PM -8:00PM

What do sharp communication skills - in another language, an understanding of emerging markets, and a leg up in careers in international affairs all have in common?

All of these and more are marketable benefits of international experience. If you’ve studied abroad, served in a volunteer program like the Peace Corps, or just traveled to another country, you can parlay your experience into all sorts of diverse career paths. Join YPIN and SEAPAX to hear from a panel of professionals representing careers from tech to education about how their experiences shaped their career journeys and ask them for advice on how you can do the same. This event is perfect for those curious about internationally focused careers or considering embarking on an international adventure.

We will also be joined by Peace Corps recruiters who are able to provide advice and application tips to those wanting to learn more.
