Upcoming Panel on Queerness in Hong Kong, Korea, the Philippines, and Taiwan

On Wednesday, March 13 from 3 to 4:30 pm in Savery Hall 260, there will be a panel on different queer social movements, communities, and media representations in Hong Kong, Korea, the Philippines, and Taiwan. This panel is co-hosted by the East Asia Center, the Taiwan Studies Program, the Center for Southeast Asia its Diasporas, and the Taiwan Graduate Student Association (TGSA).

Shortly afterward, on Wednesday, March 13 from 5 to 6 pm in the Husky Union Building 214, there will be an informal community dinner for graduate and undergraduate students who identify as queer and questioning international students. This community dinner will include the panelists from the earlier event. This dinner is co-hosted by the Center for International Relations & Cultural Leadership Exchange (CIRCLE), International Pride, and the Taiwan Graduate Student Association (TGSA). There is a maximum capacity for this event, so please RSVP for this event by 3/10 here.
