Democratic Candidate for Washington’s Eighth Congressional District, Alida Skold, is excited to announce that we are now accepting summer internship applications.
Interns are an integral part of the campaign’s operation. We are looking for dedicated people who are interested in gaining experience and involvement in the political process. This is an excellent opportunity for students to gain first-hand experience with the inner workings of the government and the electoral process.
We are seeking applicants who are interested in government, policy, and reclaiming the House for the Democratic Party. An ideal applicant will be energetic, self-motivated, and able to communicate their ideas in a fast-paced, constantly changing work environment.
Our internship will run through September with opportunities to stay on longer. We offer flexible scheduling that can accommodate most school or work schedules. Our internship is unpaid but depending on your program of study, credits can be earned.
