INFO 498B- Designing for an Aging World is not your typical course. It's a hands-on, forward-looking exploration of one of the most important global trends: the aging population.
In this class, you’ll:
- Explore how memory and cognition change over time—starting as early as age 20 👀
- Evaluate how tools like VR, mindfulness, and generative AI can boost brain health
- Design inclusive solutions to improve aging in families, workplaces, and communities
- Build your own personal space of information (PSI) to support lifelong learning & legacy
