The Political Science Convocation celebrates B.A., M.A. and Ph.D. recipients from the Classes of 2020, 2021 and 2022! The celebration will include departmental undergraduate awards, a speech by an undergraduate from the Class of 2022, and a speech by the recipient of the Department's Distinguished Alumni Award. Each graduating student will have their name read as they cross the stage and will receive a letter of congratulations from the Department Chair.
When: Friday, June 10, 10:30am-noon
Where: UW Quad - rain or shine
Registration is closed. You may attend if you did not pre-register. Go to the registration table by Smith 120 to create your name card (registered students will have a pre-printed card).
COVID-19 Prevention: Those attending will need to be aware of and comply with UW COVID-19 prevention guidelines. Masks are strongly recommended. Masks and hand sanitizer will be available. See https://www.washington.edu/coronavirus/.
How to Dress: Academic regalia is encouraged but not required. If you will not wear a cap and gown, please dress in business attire.
Parking: Parking permits are required to park on campus on June 10th. We recommend taking public transportation if parking permits haven't been purchased in advance.
