Summer 2017 A Term
CHINA DESIGN/BUILD
June 15th -July 15th
This program will be in collaboration with students and faculty from the School of Geography and Environmental Sciences, Guizhou Normal University, Guiyang, Guizhou province. We will be living and working in an ethnic minority village near Qianxi City, Guizhou Province to work with the community to create a garden for kids to play or a public space for villagers to gather and dance that respects their cultural values and expresses the local sensibility.
*Undergraduate, graduate and non-matriculated students in landscape architecture, architecture, anthropology, fine arts and all other fields may apply.
