SIGNAL BOOST: GPS Workshop

Submitted by Caterina Rost on

Want to talk about gender, power, and sexuality?

The Gender, Power, and Sexuality Workshop (GPS) is a discussion-based workshop that aims to dismantle systems of oppression and provide comprehensive sexuality education. Peer facilitators and participants collaborate to create an inclusive environment in which to explore a range of topics, including sex, gender, sexuality, relationship models, communication, consent, anatomy, body image, pleasure, and safer sex.

The workshop meets Mondays and Wednesdays from 6-8 p.m. (April 10th through May 31st) on the UW campus and is open to people of all backgrounds and identities. We will hold informal, optional information sessions on April 3 and 5 from 6-8 PM in the UW Communication Building (CMU), room 226.
