Submitted by Stephen Dunne on October 10, 2018 - 3:08pm

UW CoMotion invites you to join us on Thursday, November 8, 12-1:30pm, at the CoMotion Idea Lab in Fluke Hall, for this free seminar providing an in-depth look at venture capital perspectives on the economics of university startup formation, presented by Osage University Partners (OUP).

David Dorsey, Senior Associate at Osage, will take you step-by-step through the life of a company, illustrating the uses of equity and potential outcomes for founders. Data will be presented to support the conversation around founders’ equity, the right allocation between faculty and post docs and grad students, and how much equity one needs to give away to attract and keep your top talent.

Lunch provided by Osage partners.
