Our biggest event, the UW Study Abroad Fair, will be on Thursday, November 14th from 10-2pm in the HUB Ballroom. Students can explore programs, connect with peers, meet faculty, ask questions and learn about scholarships.
This year’s fair will also feature our first-ever study abroad showcase in which students returning from abroad will formally share their experiences with other students and the resources they used to help pay for their study abroad.
We have also expanded our funding workshops for study abroad. Please encourage students you are connected with to attend at least one of the Let’s Talk Money workshops even if they have not yet applied to a study abroad. More information about the workshops can be found on our Events page.
It’s also not too late to enter the Global Campus Photo Contest. All UW students, alumni, faculty, and staff are invited to participate. The winner will be selected by public voting at the UW Study Abroad Fair. The deadline for photo submissions is Wednesday, October 23.
