Academic support for your students: success coaching and workshops!

We invite your students to take advantage of our wonderful academic coaches in Academic Support Programs. There are two great ways to do this:

1)      Students can schedule on-line appointments to meet with our coaches individually and discuss habits that will facilitate academic success. Oftentimes these sessions address: time-management, effective study strategies, locating and using campus resources, and motivation. Students can learn more about our coaches and set up appointments through our website linked here (or easily googled!).

2)      Every quarter we offer hour-long workshops on our “greatest hits” (most common subjects often addressed in coaching). The attached flyer captures all this information, as does this link to our website. Please feel free to print and display prominently or e-mail to interested parties. Due to limited capacity we ask students to RSVPOur first workshop of the quarter, “Wait! When is that due?! Successful Time Management at the UW,” takes place on Wednesday, January 22nd in Mary Gates Hall Room 242.

Please let me know if you have any questions. We look forward to supporting your students!
