Course title: EDUC 421: STUDIO(Practicum in Community Service Activity)
STUDIO is an exciting opportunity for undergraduate students to get involved in the local Seattle community by working with youths in after-school program. It counts as VLPA or I&S credits for undergraduate students.
Past undergrads have said that it was one of the best experiences that they had in UW, because they felt a sense of belongingness learning together with youths and other undergraduate students from diverse backgrounds. I attached flyers, and videos including course registration information. Undergraduates do not have to be a STEM major to participate in STUDIO. Attached is a flyer for Course information.
