Submitted by Stephen Dunne on

The Rangel and Pickering Fellowships provide scholarships toward graduate study for students hoping to join the US Foreign Service.

Information session: Monday, Aug. 29, 3:00pm PT/6:00pm ET. Register to attend.

Staff members from the U.S. Department of State Thomas R. Pickering Graduate Fellowship Program and Charles B. Rangel International Affairs Graduate Fellowship, are offering a virtual information session for those interested in learning more about the unique and rewarding opportunities these fellowship programs provide. This session is geared toward students/alumni from schools in the western region of the US. See additional upcoming events.

Both programs welcome the application of members of minority groups historically underrepresented in the State Department, women, and those with a demonstrated financial need for graduate school.

Application deadlines are coming up fast: Sept. 22 for the Rangel Fellowship and Sept. 29 for the Pickering Fellowship. But there is still time to craft competitive applications!

Attached, please find flyers with eligibility details and program information.
