The CAUSE Leadership Academy (CLA) for students is still open and accepting applications!
CLA is a nine-week paid summer internship program for college undergraduates that prepares participants to lead and represent the Asian Pacific American (APA) community. CLA interns gain leadership experience, professional development, and civic impact. Following the program, participants have earned fellowships, declared their major, stepped up to leadership roles on campus and more! CLA alumni have continued on to run for political office and become leaders in politics, business, and nonprofits.
Students must ensure both the Application and Letter of Recommendation are received by Sunday, January 29th, 2023 at 11:59pm PST.

PROGRAM ELEMENTS: The 2023 CAUSE Leadership Academy is a full-time, in-person program that prepares college students and recent graduates to lead. The program’s key elements include: Civic Leadership Workshops, Civic Engagement Project, Internship Office Placement, and Capitol Summit.
