Course description: Influence is everywhere, from job interviews to social media. When is influence effective? When is it respectful persuasion vs. immoral deception? Is using psychological insight manipulative or just good people skills? How do biases shape persuasion, and how should we navigate them? Examines the psychology of persuasion through an ethical lens. Assessments focus on real-world applications, helping people improve as persuaders.
