April 19, 4-5pm, Careers in Non-Profits Alumni Panel: Register Today!

The Career & Internship Center and the UW Alumni Association are excited to offer the following session, where students will be able to hear tips, experiences, insights, and recommendations UW alumni. The event will start as a moderated panel, and then move into an open Q&A with the audience. Most of our sessions throughout the year will not be recorded, so we look forward to “seeing” our participants virtually, in real-time.

April 19th, 4:00pm – 5:00pm: Careers in Non-Profit

  • This panel will allow students to learn about the varied opportunities and career pathways in the non-profit sector. Join us to hear from UW alumni currently working in the industry as they provide information, resources, and advice to navigate the field.        
  • Moderator:
    • Crystal Song, Project Analyst at the Council of State Governments Justice Center and current MPA student at the Evans School of Public Policy & Governance
  • Panelists:
    • Elyse Ke’ala Rickard, MPA, Membership Manager at Nonprofit Association of Washington
    • Emilee Goo, Chief Creative and Operations Officer at Moore Aloha
    • Sahara Naini, Inventory Coordinator at Smithsonian Folkways Recordings            .
