This is a one-year fellowship, created and sponsored by Davis Wright Tremaine LLP, for college students interested in a legal career as an attorney, paralegal, support staff and more. To be program eligible, students must be a current Sophomore or Junior at a higher education institution in the state of Washington. The program is open to applicants who are committed to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive legal profession with the intention of matriculating into law school within two years of graduating college.
Participation in the fellowship includes:
- Assignment of an attorney mentor
- 2-day Pre-Law Diversity Virtual Academy – July 2024
- Four (4) Law School Admissions Workshops
- Fully Funded LSAT Prep Course
- Two (2) Professional Development Workshops
- End of Program Celebration – December 2024
