Rep. Adam Smith (WA-09) seeks an organized and detail-oriented Legislative Correspondent to manage a high-volume constituent correspondence program in the Washington, DC office. Responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of the mail program, including maintaining and analyzing the constituent database and drafting responses to constituent requests in a timely manner. Candidates should have excellent written and oral communication skills and be able to multitask in a fast-paced work environment to meet tight deadlines. Experience with the Internet Quorum (IQ) constituent mail system is welcomed.
