Help your Students take a Flavorful Academic Journey this winter (it's not too late) Nutr 200 (4) NSc

Hello from the UW Nutritional Sciences Program, home of the major in Food Systems, Nutrition, and Health!

We have space in NUTR 200!  Students can send an email to ugnutr@uw.edu and let us know what open quiz section they would like to add. NUTR 200 is a gateway course to most of our upper-level courses and a requirement for the NUTR minor.

NUTR 200 Nutrition for Today (4) NSc

MWF 8:30-9:20AM KNE 130 (plus quiz sections various days/times)

Examines the role of nutrition in health, wellness, and prevention of chronic disease. Topics include nutrients and nutritional needs across the lifespan, food safety, food security, wellness, body weight regulation, eating disorders, sports nutrition, and prevention of chronic disease.
