ESS 301: GEOLOGY of the NW--no prereqs!

If you are looking for an accessible NW credit or are interested in learning more about our local geology with fun optional field trips, take ESS 301! There is currently a pre-req listed, but it will be removed in the future—students can contact the instructor, Mike Harrell (mdh666@uw.edu), for an add code. ​

Geologic history of Washington, Oregon, and Idaho. Emphasis on use of geologic principles in interpreting evidence found in landscapes and rocks. Weekend field trips optional.
