The Legislative Intern at CWHBA will work closely with their local area Government Affairs team and gain valuable experience in policy advocacy, research, and legislative strategy. This role is ideal for individuals interested in the intersection of government relations and the homebuilding industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with research on state and federal legislation impacting the building industry
- Help prepare briefing materials, reports, and presentations for legislative meetings
- Attend legislative sessions and hearings, providing support as needed
- Communicate with policymakers, stakeholders, and industry professionals
- Contribute to developing advocacy strategies for key issues affecting the industry
What We're Looking For:
- Current student or recent graduate with an interest in public policy, government affairs, or the building industry
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, collaborative approach to work
