Community Health Gap Year Fellowship Opportunity

Submitted by Stephen Dunne on

The Project Horseshoe Farm Gap Year Fellowship Program is perfect for students graduating this spring looking for an immersive hands-on community health experience. Fellows are highly involved in the Community Center Program, Housing Program, Youth Programs, and Health Partners Program. Current Fellows are planning to go on to Medical School, Law School, Dentistry School, or get their Master's of Social Work, Public Health, or School Counseling.

For more details about each program, students can look at their website in the "What We Do" tab. Project Horseshoe Farm has three sites for students to choose from if accepted as a Community Health Fellow (3 sites are Greensboro, AL, Marion, AL, and Pomona, CA).

Project Horseshoe Farm final application deadline for the Gap Year Fellowship is March 2, 2025 at 11:59 pm CST. Reach out to apply@projecthsf.org with any questions!
