If you are looking for a great 3-credit course, look no further than Drama 456, Theatre for Youth! This is a class open to all levels of students (despite the 400 number!) and is taught by Myra Platt, a co-founder of Book-It Repertory Theatre.

This course is designed for the person who is curious, has a passion for or wants to learn more about teaching, education, theater, and the arts, and/or seeking to strengthen public speaking and business relationship skills. We will explore and discover a variety of ways to use drama- from storytelling, performing text using the Book-It Style®, improvisation, music and movement. We will explore performance techniques in class, attend plays and look at events in and around Seattle.
