Democratic Political Consulting Firm seeking Finance Staff

We are looking for fundraising staff to join our team. This position will begin in late January or
February 2026. You must consider yourself a Democrat/Progressive and have a passion to work
in Washington state and national politics.
Newman Partners is a top level consulting firm, focused on fundraising and strategy for
progressive political campaigns in Washington state. We work with high profile clients,
including Presidential, Senate, Congressional & statewide races, as well as a number of
progressive initiatives and organizations. We are currently seeking to hire an exceptional
individual to help manage fundraising for new and existing clients.
Skills and Experience:
Applicant MUST meet all of the following requirements:
1. Education: Must have a bachelor’s degree
2. Prior political experience or campaign experience required. Finance experience is
strongly preferred
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Publisher and vote builder/VAN
4. Proven ability to multi-task and work at a fast pace
5. Must be detail oriented
6. Willingness to work long hours and weekends when necessary
Desired skills in the following areas:
1. Database Management, NGP/VAN, Calltime AI, Numero or other contact management
software
2. Strong research skills
3. Event Development, coordination and execution
4. Strong interpersonal skills
5. Previous fundraising or organizing experience
6. Strong writing and editing skill
