Student Testimonials

I had a great time studying abroad in Rome! I could not recommend it more to any student considering it. We had so many unique opportunities including being tutored by UW law professors, meeting famous lawyers in small groups, and traveling Italy in the summer.” – Political Science major, 2025

Studying abroad in Rome changed my life. It was my first trip to Europe, and I made lifelong friends. The program is the perfect balance of academics, excursions, and local attractions. As an undergraduate student, it is a big privilege to work with a law professor, which this program provided. I highly recommend this program to anyone who is curious about the law and wanting to expand their horizons.” – Political Science major, 2026

Studying abroad with the LSJ/POL S Rome program was one of the best decisions I made while attending UW. As a student that was not majoring in LSJ/POL S topics, the classes were extremely interesting and enriched my experience as a whole while living in Italy for a month. The professors were great, the advisor was top-notch, and my cohort was special. I am grateful for the learning, relationships, and international exposure I gained from this exceptional study abroad program.” – Studying abroad with the LSJ/POL S Rome program was one of the best decisions I made while attending UW.
