The Robinson Center for Young Scholars is currently hiring
Summer Enrichment Classroom Aides for 2026.
This is a temporary, in-person role on the UW Seattle campus running from June 15 – July 24, 2026, supporting our Summer Challenge (grades 5–6) and Summer Stretch (grades 7–10) programs. Classroom Aides play a vital role in creating an engaging, supportive learning environment by assisting instructors, supervising students, and supporting daily classroom activities.
Position highlights:
- Hourly pay: $21.77 – $26.31
- Work directly with academically motivated youth in a dynamic classroom setting
- Gain experience in education, youth development, and enrichment programming
- Collaborate with instructors and program staff in a highly engaging summer program
We welcome applicants 18+, including college students and those with experience working with youth in educational or structured settings.
