Applications are now open for the 2027 NextGen Summer Policy Academy (SPA), a fully funded, three-week professional development experience for students interested in public service careers.
- Program dates: June 14–July 3, 2027
Program: Fully funded; one week in Washington, D.C., followed by two weeks of residential study at a host campus (UW’s Evans School of Public Policy & Governance, University of Minnesota, and/or UC Berkeley). Students receive a $1,000 stipend, with travel, lodging, and meals covered.
Eligibility: Undergraduate students who will be seniors in 2027–28 and are on track to graduate between Fall 2027 and Spring 2028, with a demonstrated interest in public service careers. - Application Information:
