Julian Fisher is a second-year PhD student in the Department of Political Science at the University of Washington and a Contributing Fellow at Defense Priorities. His research focuses on issues in Law and Political Theory, with a particular interest in critical approaches to International Law in the context of 21st-century great power competition. Julian is a native of Vienna, Austria, and has lived in North Carolina, Washington D.C., the Netherlands, and Belize.
