Biography
Billy is a specialist in international relations by training, but his work transcends disciplines, species and realms of consciousness, owing to his prolific nap schedule. His work applies dialectical materialist and constructivist frameworks to critical questions related to international security such as “who’s that at the door? I am ready to do a protect” and “where did mom go I hope she is back soon I want belly scratches”. His current major research interest is in right-wing pupulism, examining whether pupulists can be good bois following receipt of state-sponsored chewy snackies.
His published works include “Puke on my Bed” (Journal of Pup-lic Pawlicy), “Here is your shoe back I was eating it” (Good Doggos Quarterly). He was recently awarded the prestigious I.P. Freely award by the American Pawlitical Science Association, in honor of the vast array of territory he has marked. When he wooficially joins the department this fall, he will be teaching a graduate seminar on pawsitivist theoretical methodology.
